OPP INVESTIGATE SERIOUS COLLISION BETWEEN MOTORIZED SNOW VEHICLE AND PASSENGER VEHICLE
(PETAWAWA, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a serious two vehicle collision that occurred in the Town of Petawawa on February 23, 2018. The collision between a motorized snow vehicle (MSV) and a passenger vehicle occurred at approximately 10pm at the intersection of Murphy Road and Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) Trail A. The MSV driver, a 24-year-old male from Petawawa, was transported to hospital by ambulance with serious injuries. The driver of the passenger vehicle was not injured. OPP Technical Collision Investigators (TCI) are assisting with the on-going investigation.
