FIREARM STOLEN AFTER BREAK-IN AT RESIDENCE IN PEMBROKE
(PEMBROKE, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a break, enter and theft at a residence on Moffat Street in the City of Pembroke that was reported on the evening of November 22, 2017. The suspect(s) are believed to have broken into the residence sometime between 6am and 630pm on November 22, 2017. The following items were stolen from the residence:
- Remington .308 Rifle - pump action model 7600 equipped with a Bushnell scope
- Partial box of .308 rifle ammunition – Hornady brand
- Sony PlayStation 3
- Players Rich Regular cigarettes – several packs
- Quantity of cash
OPP’s Forensic Identification Services (FIS) unit is assisting with the investigation.
