LV50+ Fit & Feisty

Laurentian Valley 50+ Fit & Feisty is the Township of Laurentian Valley's Seniors Active Living Centre, offering programs and activities for adults aged 50+ to stay active, engaged, and connected. Operated by dedicated volunteers with the support of Township Council, the organization promotes physical wellness, lifelong learning, recreation, travel, culture, and meaningful social connections.

Through a variety of seasonal activities and events, members can age with confidence, build friendships, and enjoy an active, vibrant lifestyle.

Membership Information

Membership applications are available online only through the Laurentian Valley 50+ Fit & Feisty website Membership Registration | LV 50+ Fit and Feisty.

Individuals requiring assistance with registration can attend Coffee Connect on Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. at the Shady Nook Recreation Centre, where volunteers can help complete the online application.

Payment of the $25 membership fee can be made by E-Transfer (preferred method of payment) to fitandfeisty50@gmail.com or by cash/cheque. Cash and cheque payments may be submitted in a sealed envelope at the Township Office, 460 Witt Road. Please include your name, any additional member names, and the payment amount. Members are encouraged to notify Fit & Feisty by email once payment has been dropped off.
