Attention age 50 + Adults in Laurentian Valley and surrounding areas, we want to hear from you!   Please take a moment and fill out this survey and give us your perspective of being a 50+ Adult in our community.  The purpose of the survey is to collect information on the strength of available healthy lifestyle opportunities in Laurentian Valley and to gain information on what 50+ Adults are seeking.  This information will assist the Laurentian Valley 50+ Active Living Committee in creating programming for the community.

  • Laurentian Valley Township Office located at 460 Witt Road (Open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am – 4:00pm).
  • Alice General Store located at 10679 Round Lake Road (Open Everyday from 5:00 am – 9:00pm).
  • Hugli’s Blueberry Ranch located at 2139 Greenwood Road (Open Tuesday – Sunday from 10am – 5:00pm).

You can leave filled out copy of the survey at the location you received it.

The survey will be available to complete for approximately 2 weeks from May 12 – 31, 2023.
