Property Taxation

Special Note: Payment on property taxes due date has been extended from March 31, 2020 to April 30, 2020. The Township Office is currently closed to the public until further notice in light of the COVID-19 situation, however staff is still available by phone or email offering essential services. Residents are encouraged to utilize online payment options. To learn how set up online payment through your bank visit:  Payments can also be delivered to the Township by utilizing the secure mail slot to left of the municipal office door or by regular mail.  


All property taxation bills are split into two (2) installments per bill with due dates as follows:

Interim Property Tax Bill

  • First installment due the last business day of March
  • Second installment due the last business day of May

Residential/Farm Final Property Tax Bill

  • First installment due the last business day of July
  • Second installment due the last business day of September

Commercial/Industrial Final Property Tax Bill

  • First installment due the last business day of August
  • Second installemnt due the last business day of October
