  • Driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol in his blood

On August 1, 2018, shortly after midnight, a member of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the OPP conducted a traffic stop on Russham Road in LVTP after a possible impaired driver was reported in the area.  The driver, 20-year-old Raegan GOLDBERG of Pembroke, was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  He was arrested after refusing to provide a breath sample and faces the following charge under the CC:

  • Fail or refuse to provide sample

Both drivers were released on a promise to appear with a court date of September 11, 2018 at the Ontario Court of Justice in the City of Pembroke.  Both men had their licences suspended for 90 days and their vehicles towed and impounded for seven days.
