At the Pembroke Police Services Board meeting on July 27, 2017, held at Pembroke City Hall, Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment Commander Inspector Mark Wolfe presented Daniel Hurry with the Commissioner’s Citation for Lifesaving.  

July 19 - Robbery at Mackay Convenience Store Under Investigation by OPP

The Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Crime Unit is investigating an afternoon robbery that took place on July 18, 2017 at MacKay Convenience on MacKay Street in the City of Pembroke.

June 30 - Laurentian Hills Man Charged After Incident on Plant Rd in Chalk River

On the morning of June 30, 2017 at approximately 740am members of the OPP responded to a report of a man with a weapon interfering with traffic on Plant Road in Laurentian Hills.

The Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating the theft of a blue 2016 Hyundai Tucson SUV from the driveway of a residence on Achray Road in the Town of Petawawa.

The Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating after it was reported on June 5, 2017 that three storage units in the Town of Petawawa had been broken into. Police are also investigating a break, enter and theft at a residence on Petawawa Boulevard that was reported on the afternoon of June 11, 2017.
