NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING FOR APPLICATION FOR SUBDIVISION APPROVAL
 
In the matter of Sections 51(20)(a) and (b), and 51(21) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c.P. 13, as amended, the Corporation of the Township of Laurentian Valley hereby gives NOTICE OF THE FOLLOWING:
 
(1) Application for Approval of a plan of subdivision County of Renfrew Application File No. 47-T-18005
(2) A Public Meeting regarding the proposed subdivision.

AT THE REQUEST OF THE COUNTY OF RENFREW (THE APPROVAL AUTHORITY), THE TOWNSHIP OF LAURENTIAN VALLEY WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING TO INFORM THE PUBLIC OF THE SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION APPLICATION ON TUESDAY, JULY 24, AT 5:30 P.M. AT THE TOWNSHIP OF LAURENTIAN VALLEY MUNICIPAL OFFICE LOCATED AT 460 WITT ROAD, PEMBROKE ON, K8A 6W5.
 
Description of Application for Plan of Subdivision File No. 47-T-18005
An application for approval of a plan of subdivision, File No. No.47-T-18005, has been filed with the County of Renfrew, for a portion of a lot on Cotnam Island described as part of Part 1, Plan 49R-6796; Lot 58 & Part Lots 57A,57B & 68B, Plan 383; Part Peninsula B, Conc. 4, geographic Township of Pembroke, Township of Laurentian Valley, & located abutting the Ottawa River & Eileen St.
The proposed residential plan of subdivision consists of eight (8) single detached residential lots ranging in size from approximately 0.63 hectares to 1.65 hectares (1.55 acres to 4.07 acres), and a proposed internal road (Street ‘A’) to be dedicated to the Township that connects to Eileen Street.  A 0.3 metre reserve is also proposed along the boundary of additional lands owned by the Applicant which will not be part of the proposed Subdivision.  All of the lots are to be serviced by individual private wells and septic systems. The current County of Renfrew File number for the proposed plan of subdivision is 47-T-18005.
