Deputy Treasurer
 
The Deputy Treasurer shares the responsibility of managing the Finance Department and is responsible for property taxes, water billing and accounts receivable.  Responsibilities also include supervising the Office Clerk.
 
Position Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent experience in business and/or finance is required.
  • Must have 3 years experience in a Municipal finance environment.
  • Supervisor experience would be considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting systems would be considered an asset.
 
Compensation: (2019 rates): $59,718.21 - $69,542.13 (35 hours per week, with OMERS and benefit package)
