Animal Control Services 

The Township of Laurentian Valley has by-laws that regulate the ownership and activity of dogs in the municipality. Please take time to review the municipal by-laws as well as the Provincial legislation that regulates your dog. 
If you have any animal control issues please contact Municipal Law Enforcement Services at 613-281-3773.

Fire Department

The Laurentian Valley Fire Department strives to promote a “fire safe” community. SMOKE ALARMS save LIVES! Do yours work? Check and change batteries regularly! GREEN CARTS are NOT to be used for ASHES! This creates a fire hazard. Cold ashes are to be disposed of in regular garbage by placing them in a plastic bag or cardboard box.

Laurentian Valley Township Licences approximately 65 charitable organizations each year to raise funds through various lottery schemes.
