The Shady Nook Recreation Centre 
(80 Richardson Crescent, Pembroke, ON) beginning at 8:00 p.m. 
OCTOBER 22nd, 2018 (doors open at 7:00 pm)
All Electors should have received a Voter Instruction Letter in the mail which shall include a Personal “PIN” Number that will entitle the person to vote in the 2018 Municipal and School Board Elections. 
With that PIN you can vote online or by way of telephone. 

A Voter Help Center has been set up at Laurentian Valley Municipal Office 460 Witt Road, Pembroke, ON K8A 6W5 where you can Vote by Internet or Telephone during Business Hours: 
Friday, Oct 12th from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. 
Monday, Oct 15th to Friday, Oct 19th from 8:30 - 4 p.m. 
Election Day Monday, Oct 22nd 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. 
A paper option will be available at Laurentian Valley Municipal Office:
Monday, October 22nd, 2018 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
